If you configure Internet Explorer to use a proxy, this proxy server setting is disabled whenever you start Lotus Notes.
If you enable the Every Visit To The Page or "Every time you start Internet Explorer" option in the Internet Options dialog box, the option is changed to Never whenever you start Lotus Notes.
