Difference between Free Demo and Full Version:

Full version lets user perform complete conversion of NSF files into PST mode as and when desired. However, the Demo edition has few restrictions. Demo version is useful in case, when user wants to analyze the software himself before purchase. Demo version comes with some limitations:

  • Allows saving of only 10 emails per folder
  • Restricts user from converting Domino Server files

Why do you need to migrate from Domino Server to MS Exchange Server?

While Lotus Notes installation you might face errors like:

  • When configuring Internet Explorer to use a proxy, this proxy server setting is disabled whenever you start Lotus Notes
  • In case of enabling "Every Visit to the Page" or "Every time you start Internet Explorer" option in the Internet Options dialog box, the option is changed to "Never" whenever you start Lotus Notes.

 

This usually happens when Lotus Notes change registry setting that is associated with the proxy server. This error can be manually fixed but there are certain complicated errors that fail to be resolved in a similar fashion. Hence, it is recommended to use MS Exchange Server environment instead of using Lotus Notes.
